What you will do:
Review manufacturing processes for improvement to drive predictable output and overall quality
Update manufacturing processes to ensure products are within internal and external customer specifications
Design and determine development samples and trials, process and review through all manufacturing, inspection, and inspection departments
Review inspection results, investigate non-conforming materials, institute corrective action, sample and confirm corrective measures, and document and amend process procedures
Investigate and resolve production process problems on low-volume products
Create, document, and maintain process work instructions for all production areas
Recommend, trial, and implement new materials, processes, and equipment to improve efficiency and quality
Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to identify root causes and develop corrective action
Learn and be familiar with strict customer and regulatory specifications

What you will need to be successful:
Degree in engineering required or a 2-year degree in a technical discipline with foundry experience will be considered
