What you will do:
Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accountability
Oversee month-end/year-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
Maintain GL and enforce internal controls
Resolve cost/inventory discrepancies; lead cost accounting and variance analysis
Prepare audit documentation; liaise with external auditors
Develop budgets and financial models for strategic decisions
Analyze operational metrics (costs, labor, CAPEX) and recommend improvements
Support capital budgeting, ROI analysis, and new product/process evaluations
Ensure compliance with tax filings and audits
Drive continuous improvement in finance and operations

What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
3+ years of experience in the accounting/finance field
Prior manufacturing experienceGAAP knowledgeERP proficiency
Advanced Excel skillsCPA/CMA/MBA (preferred)
2+ years of leadership experience (preferred)
