In this role, you’ll come up with different marketing, advertising, and social media strategies to help promote the ReStore in the community and on social media. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of online retail, digital advertising, e-mail marketing, and social media platforms. Essential Job Functions

Core Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Strategy:

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Utilize data and analytics to identify e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website functionality, user interface, and overall customer journey.
2. Advertising:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels, in collaboration with other team members.
Plan, execute, and optimize out-of-home advertising campaigns across media that best serve ReStore’s needs, including but not limited to radio, TV, and billboard ads, in collaboration with other team members.
Monitor advertising performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging advertising technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Develop and maintain relationships with peers at other ReStores to learn and share best practices.
3. Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand presence, engage with the audience, and drive website traffic.
Create compelling and shareable content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand message.
Provide strategy and direction to ReStore associates for product postings and customer engagement on social media channels.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and proactively engage with the online community.
4. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities.
Analyze data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences, using this information to refine marketing strategies.
Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative and competitive marketing approaches.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the ReStore leadership team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute highly effective marketing strategies.
Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
6. Budget Management:

Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to different campaigns and channels based on performance and strategic priorities.
Monitor expenses, track ROI, and provide regular reports to ReStore leadership and senior management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, Business, or another related field

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising and/or marketing, with a focus on ecommerce, digital advertising, and social media management.
