Work model: 
On-Site
7:45 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturdays (required to work one Saturday a month and close and open some shifts during the week)

What you will do:
Oversee branch retail staff, providing daily guidance and support to ensure proper coverage, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while meeting departmental goals and objectives
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Indianola community, fostering customer growth and retention
Perform intermediate duties and support related to branch activities and financial services by tending to customer needs at an outstanding service level
Guide customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services, cross-sell the Bank’s products and services, and manage all account types from opening to closing
Represent the Bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to help establish and maintain the Bank’s market position in the community

What you will need to be successful:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in a related banking role, with management experience, is a plus
Should have knowledge of banking procedures, regulations, products, and services
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail-skills are necessary
Must reside within 15 miles of Indianola
