Job Description

Our Des Moines client has been in the insurance industry for over 100 years, offering a wide variety of services and top-level customer service. In addition to their top-level customer service, they are equally committed to growing and developing their teams. As a result, they are hiring a Senior Learning and Development Coordinator.

This individual will be responsible for all learning, training, and development, including managing their Learning Management System. If you are skilled in identifying and developing learning plans and pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely tracking within an LMS, then apply today!

Responsibilities:

- Partner with departments to ensure training goals and objectives are met
- Create and lead the strategic plan for talent development of the organization
- Lead classroom-style training
- Track training within LMS
- Design and develop growth plans for individual employees
- Establish and monitor KPIs in partnership with leadership

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, learning & development or related space
- 4+ years working in Learning and Development
- Experience creating, tracking, and leading all training and development activities
- Ability to work independently
