Palmer Group is recruiting a Bilingual Payroll & Billing Specialist to join our growing client's accounting team. This position focuses on the weekly distribution of payroll checks and the processing of customer invoices. Responsibilities:

Review approved employment forms for accuracy regarding payment of wages
Develop and enter payroll data while reviewing any discrepancies
Prepare and complete payroll checks
Maintain files for employees, payroll records, and billing records
Monitor unscheduled payroll transactions, including voiding unused checks, issuing stop payment orders, and issuing replacement checks
Conduct various payroll adjustments
Analyze payroll, production records, and customer-related billing reports
Process billings
Create and submit invoices
Assist customers with billing questions, customer website entry, and various other issues

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required
Bachelor's degree is preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Advanced communication skills
