Responsibilities:
Identify and implement a new Applicant Tracking System and Human Resources Information System
Create a strategy and vision for the department
Develop a new handbook and establish standardized policies and procedures
Oversee the benefits administration process
Streamline recruitment efforts to ensure great candidate experience
Focus on retention and employee engagement efforts
Develop middle-level managers

Requirements:
6+ years of Human Resources leadership experience
Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry
Experience identifying and implementing new HRIS and ATS
