A Therapist's main responsibility is to provide the necessary care and support to help clients resolve and manage mental health issues in their lives. We are hiring both full time and part time. We have a fun, close and supportive team.

Essential Job Functions
Some key Therapist job duties include:
Conducting initial consultations to gather patient information
Assessing clients' emotional and mental health and developing treatment plans to meet them
Asking questions and listening to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings
Leading clients through mental exercises and role-playing activities when beneficial
Counseling and advising clients on issues of importance to them
Intervening with emergency care techniques and protocols when clients are in crisis
Providing referrals for additional care or services when required
Maintaining detailed confidential records
Master's Degree is required.
Other Formal Training
Master's in counseling or social work.
Hiring LMHC, LMFT, LISW full time, part time, State of Iowa fully licensed or temp State of Iowa licensed therapists.
