Job Description
LSI seeks a Program Supervisor for our Post and Safe Release Service Programs in Des Moines.
All applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
What You'll Do
This position is responsible for supervising employees that provide direct casework and fingerprinting services to assigned clients through use of assessment skills, varying treatment modalities, crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy by traveling by car to their homes, an office or other community settings, or by telephone. This may occur during normal business hours, after hours, or on weekends. Maintain effective relationships with community partners and referral sources. May be required to cover direct services based on staffing level and capacity.
What You'll Need
Preferred: Master's degree in Social Work or Behavior Health related field with three years of relevant professional experience (i.e., case management, program supervision)
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Behavior Health related field with five years of relevant professional experience, including progressive supervisory/leadership experience. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
