What You'll Do
As the AVP you will drive strategic value creation through Global Delivery solutions to enable financial outcomes for PFG!
This senior leadership role which will have direct accountability and responsibility to find opportunities and pain areas that can be alleviated through Global Delivery solutions while aligning these solutions to PFG BU/SCBU strategic direction and customer experience need! Develop execution focused roadmaps/pipeline for Global Delivery that drive the intended financial outcomes. Establish the Global Delivery office as a trusted advisor with the EMG and their direct teams by showcasing an in-depth understanding of the offshore industry and the BU/SCBU ecosystems. Forge and lead multiple senior and mid-level connections within the firm by building deep trust-based relationships to provide support and business solutions that improve and accelerate the required business outcomes. Be an advocate and the ‘voice of the client’ in relevant forums in the Global Delivery construct.
This role will have a seat at the table of the PGS (Principal Global Services) Management, the PGS Business Leadership and the Corporate Finance Leadership Teams.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve value creation through Global Delivery solutions that accelerate financial outcomes for PFG.
Identify and nurture new Global Delivery opportunities through proactive networking and forging deep trust-based relationships.
Proactively work to resolve service improvements in offshore operations and solicit input and feedback to drive positive NPS scores.
Proactively discuss industry and competitive trends as it relates to global delivery and lead design thinking workshops to enable the ‘art of the possible.
Drive execution on potential Global Delivery opportunities by working closely with Global Delivery counterparts and U.S based teams.
Collaborate with offshore teams to develop customized solutions that meet BU/SCBU needs.
Build a network of colleagues within PFG and serve as the brand ambassador for Global Delivery
Understand the business growth strategies. Develop offshore penetration plans and strategies to achieve goals against earmarked plans.
Build a deep understanding of the PFG financial structure and relationships with the Finance Team
Work closely with offshore counterparts to communicate and help fix gaps in service delivery relative to stakeholder needs.
The AVP is required to be located in Des Moines, Iowa at our world headquarters. Relocation will be considered as part of the offer.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, plus a minimum of 15+ years related experience driving Offshore Global delivery solutions. Financial Services proven experience required.
Ability to accelerate offshore footprint to complete the long-term vision of PFG for Global Delivery
Experience in a matrix set-up; adept at senior Stakeholder Management with Leaders
Expert Team player, comfortable in an IC role and ability to forge relationships virtually.
Extensive knowledge of the offshore industry
Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting and present findings.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presenting, negotiating, networking and organizational skills.
Knowledge of and experience working in a fast-paced agile environment with an intrapreneurial mindset and a go-getter attitude, managing complexity with an unrelenting focus and prioritization of stakeholder needs.
Thoughtful communicator who can express sophisticated ideas in simple, practical terms for a wide range of audiences.
Brings a global mind-set and working, across a diverse set of teams and ecosystems.
Have excellent analytical and conceptual skills.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$205000 - $241000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
