POSITION SUMMARY

The ServiceNow Administrator role involves the daily oversight, setup, and continual upkeep of the platform. Responsibilities encompass supporting various processes, including Incident, Problem, Change,
CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, and other service modules.

Beyond support duties, the ServiceNow Administrator engages in design and implementation activities such as gathering requirements, configuring settings, integrating components, and conducting testing. Collaborating with users, the Administrator contributes to the creation and modification of process workflows, reporting, and dashboards. Moreover, the role entails the development of knowledge, technical, and process documentation. Keeping abreast of new features and functionalities, the Administrator actively contributes to driving ongoing improvements.

Education

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline

Other Formal Training

Preferred Qualifications
• ITIL Foundations v4 certification
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Experience

• Three years of ITSM platform development, configuration, and administration experience in an enterprise environment
• Five years or more of relevant work experience
