Job Description
As a Landscape Crew Leader, you’ll take charge of one of our installation crews, ensuring every project is completed to plan with precision and attention to detail. You’ll lead a team, communicate with clients and management, and make sure every job reflects our high standards.

Essential Job Functions
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a team
• Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to follow plans
• Physical Ability: Lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather
• Technical Knowledge: Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscape tools safely
• Driving: CDL or ability to obtain within 6 months
• A background check as well as a driving record check will be required for this position
• Ability to track job hours and materials for post project profit assessments
• Must be available to participate in external marketing functions outside of normal business hours included but not limited to parades, home shows, festivals and other networking events
Experience
• Experience: 3+ years in landscaping (required)
