What you will do:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create strategic recruitment strategies
Find, screen, and present top talent for a range of organizational roles
Execute all phases of recruitment, from job listings and interviews to extending offers and coordinating onboarding
Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for both existing and future hiring needs
Use ATS and recruitment tools to support candidate tracking and workflow optimization
Offer insight and guidance regarding market trends, candidate experience, and compensation
Guarantee compliance with internal hiring policies and employment laws
Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm across all candidate interactions to positively represent the company brand

What you will need to be successful:
3-5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (corporate or agency setting preferred)
Demonstrated ability to recruit top talent for a variety of positions, including specialized and hard-to-fill roles
Outstanding relationship-building, consultative, and communication abilities
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools
Effective in adhering to deadlines, overseeing numerous requisitions, and working independently
Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and excel in a fast-paced setting
