Our client is looking for an IT Change and Engagement Analyst to build solutions for technology adoption & change across the organization. This individual will contribute to the success of organizational change management initiatives. Apply today to be considered!

What you will do:
Utilize Organizational Change Management tools and practices to create and implement strategies that drive successful IT initiative adoption, including stakeholder and impact assessments, change experience planning, and other strategic deliverables
Collaborate with IT and project leaders to engage and manage stakeholders
Coordinate and implement change experience and engagement plans
Deliver communications, training, and engagement activities such as sending emails, facilitating live or virtual training, publishing knowledge articles, posting on internal social platforms, and creating SharePoint sites
Create clear, engaging, and audience-specific communications, training materials, and other content to support change, product adoption, and stakeholder engagement

What you will need to be successful:
Over 5 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, and instructional design within IT or technology-related environments
Skilled communicator with a talent for transforming complex information into user-friendly content
Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint; experience with Camtasia, Articulate, and other authoring tools is a plus
Adaptable and self-motivated with a strong ability to work across disciplines and quickly learn new tools and skills as needed
