- Make calls on accounts that are delinquent Interact with customers regarding collections
- Utilize phone and email to request payments from customers
- Assist in coordinating suitable payment arrangements
- Follow up on accounts and document information accordingly

Experience

- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Collections experience is preferred
