Job Description

We’re hiring for a Buyer to join a company known for its award-winning craftsmanship and strong dealer network across North America. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment who’s ready to take the next step.

Work model:

-On-Site

What you will do:

-Purchase raw materials, components, and supplies to support production schedules
-Maintain appropriate inventory levels for assigned product categories
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers to ensure best total cost
-Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues
-Collaborate with internal teams (production, engineering, logistics) to meet business needs
-Ensure timely and accurate procurement documentation and reporting

What you will need to be successful:

-2+ years of experience in purchasing, buying, or procurement (manufacturing preferred)
-Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations is highly desirable
-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred
-Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is a plus
-NAPM/APICS membership or certification is a bonus
