Job Description

At Good Trip Travel Co., we believe in doing things beautifully, creatively, and with intention. We’re a fast-growing travel agency based in Ankeny, Iowa and we’re looking for one (or possibly two) smart, client-facing Travel Office Assistants to join our energetic team.

There’s no “that’s not my job” here. We roll up our sleeves, take pride in our work, and celebrate the incredible experiences we create for our travelers. This role is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our agency office, greeting our Good Trippers with enthusiasm as they begin planning their next adventure.

This is a fast-paced environment where the days fly by. By the time you head home, you’ll wonder where the time went — because we’re growing quickly and there’s always activity, projects, and clients to assist.

If you're detail-obsessed, love crafting clear and witty communication, and thrive in a dynamic, ever-moving environment—this might be your perfect fit.

About the Role:

This is a mid–entry level, in-office position supporting the agency owner and assisting clients with a wide range of travel, administrative, and marketing tasks. It’s ideal for someone outgoing, tech-savvy, and ready to grow in the travel industry. We are seeking someone with a foundation in tools like Google Suite, Canva, and social media platforms; and of course travel booking experience!
