Position Summary:

Joining WIN as a Senior Salesforce Administrator is a key role within the Internal IT Department, responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of WIN’s Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga, and Form Assembly.

This role partners cross-functionally with business and leadership teams to design scalable solutions, improve data quality, and drive user adoption. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of business processes and translates them into effective Salesforce solutions that support operational efficiency and growth. As a senior member of a collaborative organization, this individual demonstrates ownership, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong execution. This is a full-time position; no visa sponsorship is available.

Essential Job Functions

Primary Responsibilities:

•Own the administration and strategic configuration of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and scalable data model design; lead configuration of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and Flow-based automation to support business initiatives
•Define and execute testing strategies, including UAT coordination, to ensure quality, consistency, and stability across releases
•Design and deliver scalable user enablement programs, including training materials, onboarding frameworks, and ongoing education to support adoption and effective platform usage
•Serve as a tier 2/3 escalation point for Salesforce-related issues, performing root cause analysis and driving resolution of complex application and data issues
•Drive Salesforce adoption through proactive engagement, usage analysis, and implementation of features that improve user experience and business process alignment
•Establish and maintain data governance standards within Salesforce, including data quality frameworks, deduplication strategies, and automated processes to ensure ongoing data integrity and normalization
•Lead solution design efforts by identifying gaps between business requirements and standard Salesforce functionality and defining scalable, sustainable solutions
•Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and adjust business processes to align with Salesforce capabilities and best practices
•Administer, optimize, and support Conga products (Composer, Contracts/CLM) and Form Assembly solutions, including template design, data mapping, and output standardization, ensuring alignment with business processes and seamless integration with Salesforce workflows
•Oversee Salesforce security and compliance practices, including use of Event Monitoring, user activity tracking, and governance of roles, profiles, and field-level security to support audit requirements
•Develop effort estimates for Salesforce-related work and support sprint planning activities to ensure accurate tracking of work progress and timely delivery
•Act as Salesforce technical lead on complex, cross-functional initiatives, driving solution design, troubleshooting issues, and recommending scalable approaches to meet evolving business requirements
•Design and manage scalable automation solutions, reporting frameworks, and data integrity processes to support business operations and continuous improvement
•Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across functional teams
•Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture, configuration, processes, governance policies, and release-related materials
•Drive adoption of activity management best practices, including tracking and optimizing high-impact user activities aligned to business goals
•Continuously evaluate Salesforce releases and emerging features, providing recommendations and leading implementation of enhancements aligned with organizational priorities
•Administer and optimize Gearset to support source control, CI/CD, and release management, ensuring reliable deployments and environment synchronization
•Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
•Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with staff, colleagues, clients, cross-functional teams and third parties – a team player

Education

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience

•Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including support of complex, enterprise-level environments
