Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail will be essential to your success in this role.

Essential Job Functions
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, upselling and responding to inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the Toast POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Participate in catering events or banquets as needed, providing exceptional service in various settings.
Other Formal Training
Must be I-PACT certified
Experience
Previous bartending experience is required.
Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation.
Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is an asset.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus.
