Work model:

- On-Site
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Rotating monthly schedule 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM Saturday

What you will do:

- Support financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting efforts aligned with business goals
- Contribute to financial statement analysis and assist with account reconciliations
- Help prepare regular reports for management, the Board of Directors, and related committees
- Assist in Asset and Liability Management (ALM) activities
- Monitor and report on the investment portfolio
- Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance financial processes, boost efficiency, and ensure accurate reporting
- Adhere to all established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What you will need to be successful:

- Associate’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, data interpretation, and reporting tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Six months or more of experience in a finance-related role within a financial institution is preferred
- Familiarity with Jack Henry core systems, including Silverlake, Xperience, and Cognos, preferred 
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred
- Progress toward or completion of certifications such as CFA or CPA is a plus
