What you will do:

- Drive the development of electrical designs from initial concept through final construction documents
- Ensure alignment with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and other relevant codes and standards
- Guide and support junior engineers and designers through technical mentorship
- Partner with clients, architects, and contractors to craft innovative and practical design solutions
- Contribute to project scheduling, feasibility evaluations, and cost analysis
- Cultivate strong client partnerships and serve as a key external representative of the firm
- Enhance and standardize internal electrical design practices and documentation

What you will need to be successful:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related area (mechanical engineering, construction engineering, or construction management)
- Must have an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Skills with Revit and similar design software
- Previous experience working across disciplines with other engineers, contractors, and architects
