In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with industry leaders Tarah Raaum, AIA, and Jeremy Wiesen, AIA, while working alongside a talented internal team of designers, spec writers, visualization experts, and construction administrators. As an ISG Employee Owner, you’ll partner with a talented team of fellow owners to bring visionary healthcare environments to life. Essential Job Functions

- Collaborate closely with clients, design professionals, and stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare environments—from hospitals to clinics and ancillary support services
- Lead projects through all phases, including master planning, programming, design development, documentation, funding support, and construction
- Clearly communicate project goals, design standards, and processes with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and excellence
- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented studio culture

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program

Other Formal Training

Licensed Architect with active registration
