What You Will Do:
Engage with members to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
Assist members with loan applications (personal, auto, credit cards, etc.), explaining loan terms, rates, repayment options, and add-on features
Monitor loan pipelines to guarantee processing and follow-up in a timely manner
Open new accounts, IRAs, and CDs, and perform account maintenance activities
Facilitate member transactions efficiently and accurately
Guide financial products and services to help members reach their goals
Act as a mentor to team members, supporting their onboarding and professional development
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, policy, and procedural standards
Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment and share expertise
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree preferred)
3+ years of strong financial sales experience
Capacity to obtain CUNA FiCEP/CCUFC designation during the first year
Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with financial software and basic computer applications
Prior experience with community involvement and business development (preferred)
Bilingual abilities (preferred)
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards (preferred)
3+ years of consumer lending or banking experience (preferred)
