What you will do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territories or industries
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management team
What you will need to be successful:
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or trade shows
