What You Will Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve individual and team revenue targets
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales team members to ensure long‑term success and performance consistency
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM adoption (Salesforce preferred)
- Execute and refine sales processes to deliver predictable revenue and scalable growth
- Analyze sales performance data and dashboards to inform decisions, identify trends, and address gaps
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align sales strategy with company objectives and customer needs
- Manage and grow strategic and high‑value accounts while supporting key customer relationships
- Foster a performance‑driven, collaborative team culture grounded in accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Adapt priorities and strategies in response to market changes and evolving business needs
- Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, key account visits, and occasional travel
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing sales teams and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
- Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using sales analytics to guide strategy and execution
- Experience in the safety, ground protection, or a related industry is preferred
- Knowledge of strategic account management and complex customer engagement
- Advanced training or certifications in sales methodologies a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and key account support
