Essential Job Functions
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional movement training
- Utilize techniques such as joint manipulation, soft tissue work, dry needling, and corrective exercise as appropriate
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term health and performance
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and track patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, consistent patient care
- Build strong patient relationships to drive retention, referrals, and overall satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing professional development, mentorship, and clinic growth initiatives
Education
Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Experience
Candidates should have experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports performance setting, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and functional, movement-based rehabilitation. Familiarity with techniques such as joint manipulation, soft tissue mobilization (ART/Graston), dry needling, DNS, McKenzie Method, and BFR training is highly valued.
Experience working with a diverse patient population—from athletes to general population—is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to build patient relationships, drive retention, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented clinic environment.
