Essential Job Functions

• Water Quality: Design and implementation of wetlands, saturated buffers, and bioreactors.
• Drainage Districts: Surveying, mapping, and report writing for district repairs and improvements.

Experience

Experience is a plus, but we will help train and guide the right person.

• Salary: Competitive base pay based on experience.
• Profit Sharing: We are looking for a long-term fit. After a one-year "fit" period, you can become eligible for quarterly profit-sharing of up to 20% for the right candidate.
• Benefits: 25 days of all-purpose PTO (includes holidays/sick/vacation).
• Note: We do not offer health insurance at this time, but we structure our compensation to allow you the flexibility to manage your own.
