What you will do
Facilitate process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions
Create and groom user stories and prioritize the backlog
Lead the standardization of business process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
Utilize Scrum/Agile methodologies to drive project success
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business processes and systems

What you will need to be successful:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
Proven experience working with Product Owners, SMEs, stakeholders, and executive leadership
Strong facilitation skills for process mapping and requirements gathering
Expertise in story creation, grooming, and backlog prioritization
Demonstrated ability to lead business process improvement initiatives
Solid understanding and experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
Project Management experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite)
