What you will do:
Assist in the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, leave administration, etc.)
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits enrollment, eligibility, and claims
Support open enrollment processes, including communications, data entry, and vendor coordination
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Collaborate with payroll and HRIS teams to ensure benefits data integrity
Help prepare reports, presentations, and materials for benefits education and onboarding
Stay current on benefits trends and assist in evaluating new offerings
What you will need to be successful:
Approximately 3 years of experience in HR or benefits administration
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with benefits platforms and HRIS systems
Basic understanding of benefits regulations (COBRA, FMLA, ACA, etc.)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative HR team
