We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced bar environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn more about bartending and customer service.

Essential Job Functions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Restock supplies such as liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed.
Manage inventory levels and communicate with management regarding supply needs.
Assist bartenders as needed during peak hours.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
Greeting guests, suggestive sales when bartenders are occupied with other guests.
Garnish preparations.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the bar environment.
Cleaning arcade games, restocking prizes, and assisting guests with game related needs.
Communicating with management and game techs when games are not functioning properly.
Other Formal Training
Must be I-PACT certified
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must be at least 21 years old or meet local age requirements for serving alcohol.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends as needed.
