What you will do:
Drive the full design process from concept to delivery, creating innovative solutions that achieve project goals
Produce precise 3D models and drawings that bring engineering concepts to life and support project success
Apply problem‑solving expertise to overcome technical challenges and ensure designs meet safety and performance standards
Deliver client‑ready documents on time and within budget, maintaining uncompromising quality and compliance
Partner with engineers, project managers, and cross‑functional teams to coordinate work and strengthen collaboration
Mentor peers, share feedback, and continuously expand your technical and professional capabilities

What you will need to be successful:
Associate degree in engineering technology or related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision
Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, team‑oriented environments while upholding ethics and confidentiality
Advanced proficiency in engineering and design software (MS Office, AutoCAD, CAD, BlueBeam, Navisworks, etc.)
Capability to independently manage priorities, meet deadlines, and produce detailed construction‑ready drawings
