Work Model:

What You Will Do:
- Manage performance management processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and timely completion
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and provide timely support
- Conduct workplace investigations and maintain confidential documentation
- Develop performance improvement plans and facilitate performance conversations
- Support managers with coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate learning and development programs and maintain LMS content

What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices including employee relations and employment law compliance
- Experience managing employee relations issues with discretion and integrity
- Ability to document performance plans and conduct workplace investigations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and learning management systems
