Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-service-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our law office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, and ensure the smooth daily operation of the front desk.

Essential Job Functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical standards
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other clerical tasks
- Support attorneys in optimizing billable time
Education
High school diploma or Equivalent
Other Formal Training
- Previous experience in customer service or in a professional setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc)
