Job Description
Travel regularly across Central & Eastern Iowa to install, maintain, and repair beverage equipment (coffee brewers, soda systems, tea dispensers, etc.).
Diagnose issues onsite, perform repairs or replacements using provided tools and parts.
Provide professional customer service—communicating effectively and maintaining a positive client experience.
Accurately document service calls and job status via mobile app or company system.
Participate in an on-call rotation (typically evenings or weekends) to support customer needs outside business hours.
Who You Are
You’re mechanically minded, hands‑on, eager to learn—or already have experience in beverage equipment service, HVAC, plumbing, or general mechanical trades.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
You’re comfortable navigating independently and working in varied customer environments.

Schedule Snapshot
Standard: ~40 hours/week, based on client demand within your territory.
On-call schedule: evenings or weekends as part of a rotating team.
