Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities
Carry out repairs including painting interior, drywall, and general handyman repair techniques with precision and efficiency.
Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in excellent condition for optimal performance.
Document completed repairs and maintenance activities accurately in logs or reports.
Handling basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
Ensuring timely completion of work orders and maintaining a clean workspace.
Requirements
Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar maintenance role with a broad skill set across multiple trades
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and develop effective solutions
Excellent physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks efficiently
Good communication skills to understand work orders and explain repairs clearly
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Certifications in HVAC, electrical work, plumbing or related fields are a plus but not mandatory
