Work model:
-On-Site
-Monday - Friday
-8-hr shift between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
What you will do:
-Answer phone calls and determine the caller's need
-Request additional/missing information from the customer via written or verbal communication
-Document client issues and escalate them to the appropriate parties to resolve
-Share benefit limits, options, and costs as requested
What you need to be successful:
-1+ year of call center experience
-Strong communication skills, especially over the phone - the ability to build rapport with callers quickly
-Good computer skills and experience using multiple screens and applications at the same time
-Focus on client experience - looking for people to focus on quality over quantity
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Previous Life & Health or Property & Casualty experience preferred
