What you will do:
Originate residential mortgage loans
Guide members through the loan process from application to closing with clarity and care
Build relationships with members, realtors, builders, and community partners to generate referrals
Analyze financial data, credit reports, and property information to determine loan eligibility
Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan lifecycle
Meet or exceed monthly production goals while maintaining high member satisfaction
Stay current on mortgage products, market trends, and underwriting guidelines
What you will need to be successful:
2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services
Proven track record of successful loan origination and relationship building
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act requirements
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with loan origination systems and CRM platforms
