What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound calls and accurately document all member interactions
Respond to standard and complex customer inquiries via phone or email regarding products, services, and coverage options
Research and follow up on customer issues promptly and professionally
Assist with payments, rate and plan information, and coverage changes
Route members to the appropriate carriers for claims or additional information
Gather missing details and escalate issues when necessary to ensure member satisfaction
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
At least 1 year of call center experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
Strong computer proficiency, comfortable managing multiple screens and applications simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree
