What you will do:

- Create and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and business reports to allow stakeholders to evaluate key performance metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, identify data sources, and provide actionable recommendations
- Establish processes and tools to support ad hoc analytics
- Collaborate with developers to update/create views for report building
- Use Microsoft SQL to create complex queries that integrate data across multiple tables and give the information needed for report building
- Deliver training and operational support to enhance the end-user experience with BI Reporting
- Keep current with new industry trends, techniques, and tools related to data analytics and business intelligence
- Share technical issues, resolutions, and progress with the supervisor

What you will need to be successful:

- 2+ years of experience in creating and maintaining BI systems, analytics, and reports
- Experience using SQL queries and tools to extract data
- Proficiency with a primary reporting tool, including Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.
- Experience with decision modeling (required)
- Experience in agriculture (preferred)
- Demonstrated success with evaluating data flow and business processes to enhance internal reporting
- Expertise with gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
