Job Title: Project Manager

Salary Grade: $62,406 - $115,896
The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of projects at Meyocks – including marketing campaigns, brand strategy initiatives, creative production, package design, digital, and market research projects. They will be familiar with project management best practices and agile methodology but will be able to balance that with ‘just enough’ process for a creative agency. The Project Manager will collaborate with creative, technical, and account service teams to define and document scope, create estimates, write SOWs, develop workflow, identify milestones, manage timelines, and track budgets to meet client objectives and drive business growth. They must be able to balance multiple projects concurrently, find efficiencies in workflows and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the planning and implementation of a broad portfolio of projects (e.g., campaigns, branding, creative, package design, digital, and market research). Defining project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with cross-functional account teams and other stakeholders.
Contributing to and following project management best practices and processes developed for the agency.
Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, workflows, and budgets to be shared with internal team members and client partners.
Coordinating internal resources and external partners for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
Creating project templates for repeatable workflows.
Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Staying on top of project management practice and software innovation and supporting adoption across the agency.
Additional responsibilities and supporting tasks as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be a self-starter, quick learner, intuitive and proactive.
Proficiency with project management software tools; Asana experience preferred.
Proficiency with digital proofing tools (e.g., PageProof), database management (e.g. FileMaker Pro) and proven ability to integrate various tech platforms within project processes to drive efficiency.
Experience with package design, including knowledge of FDA, USDA, and TTB regulations, is a plus.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in managing large, complex projects, preferably within an advertising agency.
Proven experience in project management methodologies.
PMP, Agile, or other project management certification is preferred.
Other Requirements:
Occasional travel will be required for client meetings, conferences, professional training, or team collaboration sessions.
