What You Will Do:
- Assist in developing and refining HR policies and procedures to promote a fair and respectful workplace
- Support employee onboarding, ensuring new team members have a welcoming and smooth introduction
- Help manage employee relations and address workplace concerns with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Contribute to performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and promote professional development efforts
- Support compliance with employment laws and company policies

What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Relevant HR certifications or training
- Experience working in diverse and inclusive environments
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
