Work Model:
- On-Site
- 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Monday - Friday
What You Will Do:
- Place outbound calls to carriers or transfer companies and clearly outline next steps
- Record call outcomes accurately and promptly in the required systems
- Use multiple systems simultaneously, following company procedures
- Reach out to gather outstanding information and obtain missing items as appropriate
- Identify and relay improvement opportunities, issues, and trends to leadership
- Collaborate with process improvement, problem-solving, and cross-training
- Adjust to evolving workflows and manage time effectively to ensure consistent productivity
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 1 year of work experience (preferred)
- Strong focus and independence, meeting daily metrics within a dynamic environment
- Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to work across multiple systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, appropriately escalating issues when needed
- Willingness to learn new processes and skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
