As a result of continued growth, innovation, and investment into new facilities, our building materials client is hiring a Product Manager. This position is newly developed to ensure continued customer focus and satisfaction.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for product positioning, pricing, marketing, and competitive analysis. To ensure continued focus on growth and product alignment, this individual will have regular interaction with the Director of Sales, Director of Product Development, Marketing, Engineering, and Divisional Sales Manager. This is a highly visible position and includes travel across the US to meet with customers and suppliers. If interested, apply today!

What you will do:
Serve as liaison between sales, product development, and operations
Develop new product positioning and placement based on customer analysis and feedback
Stay current with competitor pricing, products, and services
Develop and maintain systems to stay in front of customers on a regular basis
Utilize available data to help direct decision-making in regard to new products and offeringsLead and influence constructive discussions and brainstorming on product development
Present findings to key leaders

What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
Experience in the building materials industry
Experience presenting and being client-facingStrong analytical background
Five years of experience in product marketing, product development, or related position
