Job Description
Our well-established client is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team on a contract basis. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries with professionalism and care in a remote work environment. Remote
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Monday - Friday
What you will do:
Verify caller identities and ensure proper authorization before discussing account details
Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, delivering prompt assistance
Guide customers through website navigation, login processes, and password resets
Utilize multiple internal systems and resources to research and resolve client inquiries
What you will need to be successful:
High school diploma required
Prior experience in a call center environment is required
Strong computer literacy and ability to utilize various applications
Reliable remote work set up, including a quiet, dedicated workspace
High-speed internet at a minimum of 50 mbps
