Job Description
We’re looking for an HR Intern who is eager to learn the ins and outs of human resources in a modern, fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist with everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance projects. You’ll get real exposure to HR strategy, people operations, and internal communications—ideal for someone looking to grow into an HR generalist or business partner role down the line.

Essential Job Functions
● Support job posting, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling
● Assist in new hire onboarding, including paperwork collection and orientation support
● Help maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
● Organize employee engagement programs and recognition efforts (e.g., Cheers for Peers)
● Assist in developing HR communications, templates, and SOPs
● Support compliance tracking related to licensure, certifications, and training
● Research HR best practices and contribute to projects like performance management, DEI, or retention initiatives
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business, or related field
