There’s no shortage of coffee shops in the DSM region, but Manny’s go-to spot is Chain & Spoke. As Iowa’s only coffee shop and cyclery, it offers a one-of-a-kind setting where customers can enjoy a latte while getting their bike repaired. With in-house syrups, seasonal lattes, and breakfast and lunch options, it’s the perfect place for Manny to refuel and connect with others.
Spending time outdoors is one of Manny’s favorite ways to recharge and with the 800+ miles of recreational trails in the DSM region, it’s easy to do just that. From biking to walking or running, there’s always a new path to explore. Along several trails are fun stops, like art installations, breweries and coffee shops and even goats!
